Big Wave Restoration was founded in 2019 after our owners Paul Pfleiderer and Adam Brown decided to leave a company in the restoration industry that they had worked at for nearly 10 years. As Big Wave has continued to grow we have moved in to our 3rd location in less than 5 years and have added 10 employees in addition to our countless teams of sub contractors that have been with us since our inception. Our focus has always been about the customers and how to limit the interruption in their lives after experiencing some type of disaster. We strive to get our customers back in their homes and back to normalcy as quickly as possible.
Big Wave Restoration specializes in all areas of emergency water, fire, mold, and storm damage restoration. We pride ourselves to offer the highest level of quality work. With a focus on personalized service, competitive rates and customer satisfaction, we’re always striving to meet and exceed expectations.
While each water damage restoration is unique, we will typically follow a general process to restore order back to your home or business. Water mitigation and water restoration can be performed separately but are most often used together for a complete restoration.
Each water damage remediation falls into a specific class and category depending on the circumstance. In order to create an actionable plan, all water damage restorations will be classified accordingly to determine technique and equipment needs.
